General Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Scope and Purpose
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our shop is based in Switzerland; therefore, Swiss law applies.
2. Authenticity & Lifetime Guarantee
We take pride in the authenticity of our items. We offer a Lifetime Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:
- Guarantee: If an item is proven to be non-authentic, we will refund the full purchase price.
- Proof Required: To claim a refund, the buyer must provide a written opinion or "Letter of Rejection" from a recognized, reputable industry expert or authentication service (e.g., JSA, PSA/DNA, Beckett, or a specialized expert known in the field).
- Simple Claims: A mere personal assertion or subjective opinion by the buyer is not sufficient for a refund.
3. Origin of Items
Our autographs are sourced through three primary channels:
- Obtained In-Person by our team.
- Obtained via Private Correspondence (Through the Mail).
- Purchased from reputable dealers or auctions. We maintain internal records regarding the specific origin of every item sold.
4. Shipping and Returns
- Shipping: Items are shipped from Switzerland. Any local customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Standard Returns: Aside from authenticity claims, the buyer has 30 days to return an item in its original condition for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for any indirect damages or loss of value over time.
